“Dear Joyce, Thank you for your help and patience in arranging our TCT trip to China. My friend and I really enjoyed it. The guides were great and we liked the itinerary very much. Our group was excellent. I did not get any information that our hotel in Shanghai had been changed, so I am not sure what happened. It was a bit of a problem to have people in so many hotels there. We were pleased with the hotel there, but others had a few issues. It might have been a nice idea for the group to meet the night before the tour started so we could get acquainted. Our guide in Shanghai (Ocean or Peter) went out of his way to schedule the tour so it was best for all of us. I also might suggest that instead of a car & driver to the airport, that we use the metro instead. It would have been much faster than in a car. Again, thank you for all you did to help us with the tour. I am sorry we had so much problem with the fax, but the trip was fantastic. I look forward to working with you again on another tour perhaps in the fall.”
