Zhangjiajie Travel Tips
- Purchase decent hiking shoes before your vacation to Zhangjiajie as most of your tour will include long hikes.
- Since there are very few restaurants inside Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, make sure to pack snacks.
- During weekdays, Zhangjiajie still receives many visitors, but crowds are noticeably thinner than on the weekend.
- The entrance ticket to the national park is valid for 4 days. Visit the park for several days to take advantage of the ticket and explore more areas.
- Shuttle buses connect several locations within the park, like the Grand Canyon Glass Bridge and the Bailong Elevator. The rides on these park buses are included in the entrance fee.
