They provided excellent support from beginning to end on our trip. The hotels they use are great, and their route notes and gps files are great. Some advice if you're considering the Berner Oberland trip and you've read this far: stay flexible in your planning, and do some of your own research on activities that aren't hiking in the areas. The weather was pretty lousy when we arrived and stayed wet/overcast for the first 3 days or so, so we ended up completely rearranging/changing the routes we planned to hike. We packed hiking clothes for all weather though (as you should too!), and managed to stay comfortable and dry even being outdoors all day. And keep in mind until you travel to Zermatt, everything is (more or less) within an hour's reach by train. We ended up getting a beautiful sunny day on our 2nd day in Lauterbrunnen, so we traveled from there to Widerswil to get to Schynige Platte (actually a shorter train ride than if you left from Meiringen), and took two short train rides from Grindelwald back to Lauterbrunned after the hike. It was well worth the shuffle, and wasn't at all difficult thanks to the ease of use of Swiss trains and the close proximity of all of these mountain villages. My one complaint is that you'll want more time in each town proper, but that's not their fault, and if you have the means, you could always extend days with their help. It's an absolutely stunningly beautiful part of the world, and they made it a breeze to experience. Thanks!

What an incredible experience! An expedition rather than a holiday, with a fantastic guide who found us swimming spots in lakes and rivers as well as guiding us expertly over challenging passes, through flower streets fields and smiling over 11 days of challenging but exhilarating hiking. Our camp wonder women was wonderful and made delicious dinners, was full of fun and helped us find everything from the milk to a picture perfect buvette in Zermatt. The group was great, and you need a great group for this trip as you are together a lot and it is challenging - 15 days hiking camping and enjoying the sun and mountains.
Amazing sights, great food, but accommodations/communication leave a lot lacking

I took this trip expecting to see a lot, four countries in 10 days. Knowing we'd be on the move was expected and I was looking forward to getting to see so many locations on one trip. My trouble started early on tho, with a delayed flight causing me to miss my transfer to the airport. I'd communicated with the tour company, who insisted it was my fault and I had to take a taxi at my own expense to the first hotel. Not a great way to start a trip. The hotel we stayed at started an unfortunate trend, as every one is far outside the city center and quite dated. Black mold in showers was common, as was one power outlet per room and no air conditioning/windows that didn't open. I understand options to lodge so many people may be limited, but moldy bathrooms and hot rooms aren't acceptable at this price point. The locations being far from city centers prevent you from going out in the city at night to have nice meals/shop, and there are often no/very limited food options near these hotels and even they may be closed by the time you reach hotels. Perhaps an upgrade to nicer hotels could be offered. Also unfortunate is the bus that you are sometimes on for 5+ hours at a time to reach different countries has no wifi, even though its advertised to have it, and there are no power outlets at your seat. Having said all this, I felt the sites themselves were beautiful and amazing. I loved the cities we saw, and felt this trip helped me plan where to come back to and spend more time. Grindelwald and the Alps were a big highlight.
