Costa Rica Tours in December 2027

The 3 Central America countries cycling trip could be a logistic nightmare, but Mike managed with aplomb, and the changing of bikes, crossing of borders etc. become part of the fun. Mike was truly excellent and we would thoroughly recommend the trip, despite some wet weather. The contrast between the countries was interesting and Mike was a mine of information. This was our 6th Explore cycling trip, and though they have all been great, this was near the top.

We had a wonderful and appreciated our CEO, Kim. She picked out good activities, helped us to think about when each type of activity would be best and how to weight the options. There were some tough personalities and she navigated those relationships with grace. We hit some major traffic and she remained calm. Kim set the tone for the week and her positive energy worked well with the kids to give them great experiences!

This was an excellent tour and I very much enjoyed it. The tour mananger and driver were great. I loved the fact that it was organized and very well planned. The only thing I would change would be a little more inclusion of "down time" or at least the option to take lesiure during the trip.

This exceeded our expectations. My wife and I are experienced travelers and this was the first ?real? trip experience for our kids. Having a family themed trip was wonderful, and the kids had a blast with their tour friends. The other parents were easy to bond with. Berny was a great guide, and we were very satisfied with the experience. Looking forward to another tour!

It was amazing! This tour was perfectly suited for families, and it was so lovely traveling with other people who understand the extra challenges of traveling with kids. Plus, the smaller group size made bonding easier, and travelling extra pleasurable. The nature was unbelievably amazing. The local guides were all enthusiastic and knowledgeable and there was a great mix of activities so that you could choose things that you were most interested in. I would absolutely go on another G Adventures tour based on this experience. Pura vida!

This trip went beyond our expectations on many levels: we got to see so much wildlife and had the opportunity to partake in many adventures and local living; my daughter made friends with the other children and had a blast with them which was what I was hoping for when we decided to do this trip.
