Starting in Windhoek and ending in Victoria Falls, the trip "Southern African Desert Rivers And Wildlife" is a guided wildlife safaris and game drives trip that takes 14 days. You will be touring through Etosha National Park, Victoria Falls, Chobe River and 8 other destinations in Zimbabwe, Botswana and Namibia. An exciting accommodated overland traverse through Namibia, Botswana and Zimbabwe (Victoria Falls). Travelling in a comfortable, custom-built expedition vehicle and staying in well-appointed accommodation with plenty of local charm, this journey offers an abundance of stunning scenery, unique wildlife and cultural encounters. The vastness of both Namibia and Botswana become apparent with wide open spaces far outnumbering people. A shorter version of our African Wildlife Explorer trip, this overland journey commences from Windhoek, Namibia's capital city. Ascend the highest sand dunes in the world at Sossusvlei; and enjoy cosmopolitan Swakopmund with its relaxed cafe culture and wide, tree-lined streets. Search for wildlife in the contrasting environments of Etosha National Park and the Kavango River before being enchanted by a Chobe River sunset and still more wildlife in the Okavango Delta. The trip concludes in Zimbabwe with the unforgettable sight of tons of water hurtling over Victoria Falls into the chasm of the Zambezi Gorge.

CANCELLATION

No additional cancellation fees apply for this Southern African Desert Rivers and Wildlife tour. You can cancel the tour up to 72 days prior departure and avoid paying the full amount, but your deposit paid is non-refundable. No refund applies for cancellations within 71 days of departure.

Payment

For any tour departures within 26 June 2024, full payment is required. For tours that depart later than 26 June 2024, a deposit of 311 USD is required to confirm the tour, and the remaining balance will be charged 71 days before trip departure.
