Reach the embarkation point at a few steps from St Mark’s Square, get on board a comfortable motorboat and enjoy the introduction on Venice lagoon and its islands provided by your guide.
Your first stop (approx. 40 minutes) will be in Murano, sometimes referred to as the “Island of Glass” due to its ancient tradition of glass making. You will have the opportunity to visit one of its famous glass factories and see the glass being manufactured and blown. Alternatively, you can visit Murano island on your own, while respecting the scheduled meeting time for embarking again.
Then your mini-cruise will continue towards Burano, offering you a magic view of the lagoon unique natural environment. Your guide will point out sights and explain the history and characteristics of many minor islands spread all around you.
The second stop will be in Burano (approx. 35 minutes), a typical fishing island with colorful contrasts and chocolate-box painted houses, famous for its hand-crafted lace work. You can visit one of the lace shops or enjoy this time to explore the island on your own and maybe try Burano typical yellow cookies (known as zaeti or buranei).
Finally, head towards Torcello, the most ancient of the inhabited islands and the largest centre in the Venetian Lagoon before the birth of the Republic of Venice. This mystical island combines an intense spiritual nature with many important historical and artistic sights, such as the Byzantine Cathedral of Santa Maria Assunta and its magnificent mosaics, the legendary Devil's Bridge and Attila’s throne. The last stop of your cruise will last approximately 45 minutes before getting back to Venice.

The tour is not suitable for wheelchair users. There is a short walk from the meeting point to the point of embarkation.
The stop in Murano (approx. 40 min.) allows you an optional visit to a glass factory with a short demonstration of the art of blown glass, and also some free time. During the stop in Burano (approx. 35 min.) you can visit a store of laces or you can enjoy of some free time. The stop in Torcello (approx. 45 min.) is completely at your disposal. If the optional visits in the program are not undertaken, you are strongly required to comply with the timetable set out by the staff: the excursion will head back at the scheduled time, without waiting.
