“I was introduced to Ukrainian culture while living in Winnipeg, Canada but having the opportunity to visit Ukraine and get a first hand exposure to the culture was fantastic. My wife and I visited during the time of Orthodox Easter and were treated to some truly wonderful experiences by Natalia and Rowan, including a blessing of baskets at the main church in Kyiv at 4:00 am - not something on the usual itinerary. The people we met were helpful and friendly. The organization of logistics by UTC - train travel, hotels, transfers - was excellent and meant we could focus on the experience and not on the trials of communicating in Ukrainian.Be sure to take in a performance of ballet or opera in either Kyiv or Lviv! We look forward to returning to Ukraine and taking in the wonders of Odessa next time. Thank you so much, Natalia and Rowan for making this such a memorable trip.”

“This was a fantastic trip for me. I loved all three cities and the many sites, restaurants and especially the people. When ever it was time to go, I wanted to stay a little longer. 3 Days is just not enough to see everything. Wish I would have extended it to 4-5 days instead. Even though there are many English speakers, I definitely recommend learning a little of the language. It made my experience so much richer.”
