“Had to remind the vendor about our booking which was prepaid. The booking was not registered by them even after I received confirmation on mail and exchanged mails with vendor with complete details. Poor customer service by bookmundi and Rio Bali tours. Also, charged USD20 extra for return trip despite confirmation on mail. Will not recommend Bookmundi or Rio Bali tours to anyone.”

“Mixture is great but some hotels should/must be changed
First Hotel in Ubud should be changed (smell in the room, dark)
Last Hotel in Sanur must be changed. After the other hotels, this standard "business" hotel is not an adequate end of the tour. Simply no atmosphere”

“With only a short amount of time and the wish to see as much as possible - The Seven Holiday made it happen - they really came through for me! It seemed almost impossible to do Kalimantan, Java, Bali and Komodo in just two weeks of time but thanks to these travel experts, I got what I wanted. I know that some people prefer to take things slower and spend more time in one place but I just didn’t want to fly this far and not see the Orang Utan and the Komodo Dragon. It was so worth the extra efforts! The Seven Holiday travel agency arranged everything to perfection: all the domestic flights, hotels, guides and everywhere, a private driver was awaiting me to bring me to take me around. I loved Borneo (kalimantan) and to have this combined with the mystical Borobudur Temple, the most famous towns in Bali and a boat adventure in Flores and Komodo, was amazing!
