Tortuguero National Park Waterfalls Tours 2024/2025

“A couple were rustic but it wasnt unexpected that they would be since I had previewed them on the internet. Transportation to all locations were uneventful. All drivers met us at the listed time on the itinerary. Some spoke English (which was also unexpected) and they added to the trip by providing us great info on where we were going, what to expect and info on Costa Rica itself. We had a great time on the activities we selected. Again, the tour guides were great and we had a wonderful time. Because we picked a slack time for the tourist in Costa Rica, for 2 of the tours they ended up being private tours for my wife and myself. Overall we were pleased with the service we received from the Costa Rica Tourist industry as well as from local travel specialists.”

“We loved the La Paz Waterfall Gardens and Sarapiqui River tour! La Paz is beyond beautiful with orchids, hummingbirds, frogs, toucans, scarlet macaws, parrots, coatis, sloths, ocelots, margays, and a jaguar. The gardens and waterfalls are exquisite. A wonderful buffet lunch was included. Our trip down the Sarapiqui River in a covered boat was so much fun! We saw two caimans, iguanas, Anhingas, swallows, butterflies, and five troops of Mantled Howler monkeys. Oscar and Armando, our guide and driver were so kind and taught us so much. We stopped at a lovely coffee finca to see the beans ripening, a sopa (local restaurant) in the mountains to take in spectacular waterfall and hummingbird views, we watched whitewater rafters, and sampled fresh pineapple at a farmstand. Oscar and Armando treated us like family and made our first day in Costa Rica amazing!”

Our 13-Day tour of Costa Rica, the Caribbean to the Pacific, arranged for the six of us was absolutely amazing and highly recommended. Since none of us had been to Costa Rica before, this trip was perfect in that we not only got a wonderful flavor of the country, but it also included most of the must-see areas as well, along with some white-water rafting and zip lining. Though there were many, many reservations required for our trip, (six of us), including hotels, transportation, tours, etc., we never had any problems whatsoever. Also, all the guides on the tours were very knowledgeable and welcoming! One guide in particular was Felipe. All of us thoroughly enjoyed him and cannot give him enough praise, as he was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, funny, and took excellent care of us, so that we felt like we were travelling with an old friend! What we also loved about this company is the fact that we were not only dealing with a local Costa Rican company but also a company with one of the highest Certificates for Sustainable Tourism, (4 out of 5,) given out by the Costa Rican Tourism Board.
