The booking process was smooth, no problems and good follow-up. All hotels were good but Rio Serrano in Torres Del Paine was great. Our favourite excursion was the hiking in El Chalten and the mini-trekking on PMoreno- are unique ! Olaf from Urban biking and Nico on the full day TDP-trip did a fine job.
