I first learned about the company from the Internet - reviews and trip advisor. I decided to travel with you because of your promptness in response, ease of working, good customer service and a good price. Seamless experience - everything was flawless and we did not have to worry. My favorite hotel is Don Los Cerros at El Chalten - very nice hotel, luxurious, superb location and views, spa - hot tub, good service. The best excursion was to Laguna De los tres - amazing trek up - difficult but exhilarating - worth the effort once we reached the top. The trip was fabulous!”

We approached the company by email (in English) from Australia and advised them what our interests and budget were. They then came up with a wonderful itinerary which covered our interests perfectly. They chose excellent hotels and scheduled internal flights and airport pick-ups, etc perfectly. Everything ran like clockwork. We paid from Australia using the companies secure payment providers. We had no issues at all with the payments. We were given a contact within the company who kept in touch with us (using WhatsApp) while we travelled. “This tour operator provided us with a customized itinerary with hotels that exactly matched our request for a mix of sight-seeing in Argentina and hiking in Patagonia (Argentina and Chile). All travel arrangements and tours were pre-arranged for hotel and airport (international and domestic) pick-ups and drop-offs, and these services were right on time and provided by very pleasant and helpful staff. The hotels were great and many of them had excellent restaurants that made it easy to enjoy the local cuisine. Especially memorable were Fierro Hotel (Eco Restaurant), Estancia Helsingfors and Las Torres Hotel. Given that we did not want to be part of a larger tour group (12-16 people), this approach worked best for us. The booking staff (Lucia and Yuna) and our in-country hostess (Ursula) were all available prior to and during our trip, which made this "bucket-list" 18-day vacation very easy for us at a more-than-competitive cost. We would recommend this company to anyone (and already have).”
