He was always there to offer guidance and advice throughout the trip whether that was during one of the planned activities or when we had free time to ourselves. On our tour, Arthur was assisted by Jan, who if wasn't told at the beginning of the tour, I would never be able to tell it was her first trip as a tour guide.
