The tour "Croatia Bike & Sail - Deluxe" starts from Split and ends in Trogir. It is a bicycle trip that takes 8 days taking you through Šolta, Split, Trogir and 5 other destinations in Croatia. "Croatia Bike & Sail - Deluxe" is a guided group tour that includes accommodation, transport, meals and others.

Cycle and cruise in style to explore the charming islands of Southern Dalmatia. Southern Dalmatia encompasses a stunning chain of islands stretching from Solta to Mljet, and this unique cycling trip captures the highlights with an ideal balance of activity, culture and relaxation. Experience the beautiful island of Korcula with its picturesque old town, the untouched beauty of Vis, and trendy Hvar with its Venetian architecture. In the company of a cycling guide, this stimulating journey explores towns and landscapes, many of which are on UNESCO's world heritage list. Aboard a comfortably appointed deluxe wooden motor yacht, there is ample time between cycles to swim in the azure waters and soak up the ambience of seaside towns.

Day 2 : Cycle on Hvar Island, overnight Vis (20km/12.5mi)
Day 3 : Cycle on Vis Island, cruise to Korcula (32km/20mi)
Day 4 : Cycle Korcula Island (60km/37.5mi)
Day 5 : Cycle on Brac Island (45km/28mi)
Day 6 : Cruise to Split with optional rafting Cetina Canyon, cruise to Split (17km/10mi)
Day 7 : Cycle from Rogac on Solta, return to Trogir (20km/12.5mi)
Day 8 : Trip concludes in Trogir (close to Split)

WHAT'S INCLUDED

Meals

7 breakfasts, 5 lunches, 2 dinners. The meals begin with dinner on day 1 and end with breakfast on day 8. *Note that the included lunches and dinners are not clearly labelled on the daily itinerary as they depend on sailing conditions on the day and from time to time one of the lunches may be substituted for a dinner, or vice versa. The tour guide will inform you locally when these will be included.

Guide

E-Bike hire is included. If you prefer a Road or Gravel bike please advise at the time of booking - discount applies - suitable cycling ability required. The guides will carry bike locks for the group when cycling, or individual locks can be provided on request if you decide to bike alone (limited supply).

Others

7 nights in a double cabin below deck with ensuite facilities on a deluxe boat (above deck and single cabins also available - supplement applies). If you are travelling by yourself you can be matched with another passenger. The cabins on the boats are configured with twin or double beds. Excellent discounts apply to a third person sharing a triple cabin, with a configuration of a double bed + bunk beds (single or twin). Note that the lower deck cabins by their very nature will be marginally noisier and less ventilated due to their proximity to the engine and working part of the boat.

Water & Tourist Tax - flat rate EUR60pp (adult) or EUR30pp (child up to 16) to be paid to the captain
Helmets - mandatory on all bike tours, you are encouraged to bring your own well-fitted helmet. A limited number of rental helmets are available on board (reservation essential), however we cannot guarantee their suitability.
Upgrade to a cabin on deck or single cabin – supplement applies

Travel insurance - mandatory *cruise cover may be required - check with your insurer
Optional Cetina rafting - booked and paid locally
Entrance fees
Optional Bicycle insurance - can be booked on arrival and paid in cash locally. Please note that normal travel insurance often does not cover loss or damage to rental bikes. If you do not take out bike insurance you will need to pay for the cost of the bike or repair of damages.
Taxi transfer from Split airport or hotel to the boat (allow approx EUR30) - or a private transfer is available (reservation on request, additional cost - on embarkation and disembarkation days only) please ask our office for details
Secure parking space in Trogir - reservation essential, paid in cash locally to the tour guide. EUR70/week for a car up to 6m in length, EUR120/week for a car longer than 6m.
