It is a walking trip that takes 8 days taking you through Portomarín, Sarria, Palas De Rei and 4 other destinations in Spain. "Camino - Sarria To Santiago" is a self-guided private tour that includes accommodation in hotels, meals and others.

Walk the final and most popular stage of the Camino Frances to earn your Compostela. This stage of the famous Camino pilgrimage route offer the chance for time starved travellers to walk the final 115kms into Santiago and gain a wonderful appreciation of the historic significance of the route. To be eligible for the official Compostela certificate of completion, which is issued by the Pilgrim's Office in Santiago de Compostela, walkers must walk at least 100kms of the iconic pilgrim route. Walking through mixed landscapes, there are numerous reminders of the pilgrims past who travelled the route including crosses, statues and grain silos. The gates of Galicia lead on to the fabled Santiago de Compostela with its famous cathedral, site of the tomb of St James.

Good value for money. Accomodation on the whole was excellent . Only one hotel I felt could have been better. Food was great and lots of wine at dinner apart from one hotel. The bag drop off to each pension was great.

CANCELLATION

No additional cancellation fees apply for this Camino - Sarria to Santiago tour. You can cancel the tour up to 72 days prior departure and avoid paying the full amount, but your deposit paid is non-refundable. No refund applies for cancellations within 71 days of departure.

Payment

For any tour departures within 29 August 2024, full payment is required. For tours that depart later than 29 August 2024, a deposit of 191 USD is required to confirm the tour, and the remaining balance will be charged 71 days before trip departure.
