You will travel through Santorini, Fira, Omalos and 7 other destinations in Greece. "Santorini And Crete Walk" is a trip which includes accommodation in hotels, transport, meals and others.

The Aegean islands of Santorini and Crete provide the perfect combination for travellers looking for a packed week of stunning walks along the most magical of the Greek Islands' coastlines steeped in fascinating Greek history and mythology. By exploring these two Mediterranean gems on foot, you'll allow yourself extra time to absorb the stunning ocean vistas encountered each day as well as soak in the legends and many stories of the places you visit. On Santorini, walk via Ancient Thira, where you'll encounter ruins of temples, houses and other community buildings from the Hellenistic, Roman and Byzantine period, as you make your way to the highest point on the island at Pyrgos. You'll also enjoy a spectacular walk to the postcard-famous village of Oia and enjoy a free day on the island before taking a ferry to Crete. Explore the Cretan capital, Heraklion, before heading west to discover relatively unspoiled parts of Crete at Loutro, the Samaria Gorge National Park and the remote fishing village of Hora Sfakion, where the swimming, walking and seafood will fill your days with the Greek Islands' magic you've always dreamed about

Day 2 : Walk from Perissa via Ancient Rhira to Pyrgos (3hrs)
Day 3 : Visit Fira and walk to Oia along the caldera (4hrs)
Day 4 : At leisure in Santorini, late afternoon high speed ferry to Heraklion in Crete (1.5hrs)
Day 5 : Sightseeing in Heraklion, public bus to Chania (2.5hrs) and explore the old city
Day 6 : Walk through Samaria Gorge to Agia Roumeli, ferry to Loutro (6hrs)
Day 7 : Morning at leisure, afternoon walk to Chora Sfakion (3hrs)
Day 8 : Transfer to Chania airport, trip concludes

CANCELLATION

No additional cancellation fees apply for this Santorini and Crete Walk tour. You can cancel the tour up to 72 days prior departure and avoid paying the full amount, but your deposit paid is non-refundable. No refund applies for cancellations within 71 days of departure.

Payment

For any tour departures within 29 June 2024, full payment is required. For tours that depart later than 29 June 2024, a deposit of 187 USD is required to confirm the tour, and the remaining balance will be charged 71 days before trip departure.

Travel Insurance
