Just to mention that our driver was waiting for you holding a banner with your name at the aiport from 9:30 a.m. until 11:54 a.m, by protocol, customers are always expected for two hours, but in this case he waited longer for you. The driver phoned the hotel twice to check if you arrived already, at 11 a.m. with negative reply and again at 11:54 when he was informed you already completed the check in process.
We took very good note of your suggestion to check the flight's status on the arrival day and we will indeed put in place it, neverthless, in case of earlier/delayed arrival or any other circumstances, it would have been really appreciated to receive a call from you at the office contact number or at the emergency number provided in the documentation before your arrival to Costa Rica for us to act immediately with the approrpiate actions to avois any further inconveniences.
