Start and end in San Jose, the trip "Costa Rica Coast To Coast Ride" is a guided bicycle trip that takes 14 days. You will be traveling through Alajuela, Bejuco, Orosi and 14 other destinations in Costa Rica and Panama. "Costa Rica Coast To Coast Ride" is a small group trip which includes accommodation, transport, meals and others. Please see the package includes section for further details.

Take in the variety of Costa Rica by bike, pedalling past rainforest, volcanoes and stunning coastline. From San Jose, we cycle south with vast Pacific views to the right and dense forest to the left. Crossing the 11,150ft (3,400m) Cerro de la Muerte pass into the Orosi Valley, we ride past coffee plantations and volcanoes to arrive on the fertile Caribbean plains where banana plantations take over the landscape. We take a break from the saddle to explore the wildlife-rich rivers and waterways of Tortuguero before travelling to La Fortuna, a lovely spot at the foot of Arenal Volcano.

CANCELLATION

No additional cancellation fees apply for this Costa Rica Coast to Coast Ride tour. You can cancel the tour up to 93 days prior departure and avoid paying the full amount, but your deposit paid is non-refundable. No refund applies for cancellations within 92 days of departure.

Payment

For any tour departures within 28 June 2024, full payment is required. For tours that depart later than 28 June 2024, a deposit of 25% is required to confirm this tour, and the remaining balance will be charged 92 days before trip departure.
