“All drivers and guides were punctual and the cars were of very good quality. The English of the guides was excellent, especially Victor, and his driver Eduardo, in Bariloche. Our guides and driver in Buenos Aires and Uruguay were also very good. It was a fantastic holiday and it was made much easier with Say Hueques organisation.”

We arrived home safely with no flight delays so that's a bonus. We miss Argentina already. Our trip was fantastic and memorable so hopefully we will return soon. There were so many parts of the trip that we loved and appreciated. We liked the fact that we were picked up by someone from the airport when we arrived. Picked up for our trip to Bariloche both ways and picked up from our hotel to go back to EZE. That definitely took some stress off of our trip. Our whole trip went accordingly without any delays or mixups. Say/Hueque planned everything out and it was perfect for us. Also, we appreciated the restaurant suggestions since we didn't know where good places to eat were. For only being in Argentina for 8 days Say/Hueque showed us the best of Buenos Aires and Bariloche. We loved both our hotels. Fierro had wonderful and helpful staff. They couldn't have been more helpful to us. The breakfast was always delicious. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. In Bariloche we stayed at Cacique Inacayal Lake Hotel and it was very nice. The view from our room was breathtaking. Waking up every morning to the blue skies, lake and mountains in the background. It was amazing. The breakfast was great. The variety of food offered was fabulous and delicious. The location was great since it was only a few blocks from the Town Centre. The room was a little crowded with 3 people but we were only in our room to sleep at night. The pool was nice too especially since it was rainy and windy 1 day so we just hung out at the indoor pool. I really can't pick just one. We loved all our excursions because each was different and showed us different aspects of each city. All 3 of our guides were exceptional. We loved Rodrigo's passion for Buenos Aires and showing us the history, the way of life and the beautiful sights. I wish we would've had him show us around another day too. His English was very good so it wasn't difficult listening to him explain the history of the city. In Bariloche we had Karen as our guide. Since she spoke English there was no problem understanding her. When we went to Cerro Campanario I didn't know you had to go on a ski lift. I told her i was afraid of heights and not sure if I could do it. She rode with me on the lift and helped me to go up and see the amazing views. I'm so glad she did. I wouldn't have wanted to miss those spectacular views. She also introduced us to mate tea. Rodrigo explained it to us and Karen gave us a taste of it which I'm glad she did since I didn't really like it so I didn't buy any. Karen was a nice, easy going tour guide who was happy to convey her deep knowledge of the Bariloche Big Circuit area. Then we had Nicholas take us on a boat tour of the Nahuel Huapi Lake and eventually wound up on land and trekking a mile to see a beautiful waterfall. The lake views were breathtaking. Nicholas spoke 5 different languages which was very impressive. He was very knowledgeable of the area. Everything was fantastic and went very smoothly. I just wish we could've spent more time in your beautiful country. Thank you so much for a trip of a lifetime. Everybody here asks us why we picked Argentina to visit. “I booked all of our accommodations independently. For what it is worth, our one-night stay at the Recoleta Grand was a disappointment. I did not like hotel and would not recommend it. Though not especially convenient to the downtown area of Bariloche, we did love the views of the Charming Inn. All of the excursions were fantastic. I dont think we had a favorite. I am very pleased that Lette added the chairlift ride to our day hike. The views were absolutely amazing in Bariloche. All 3 of our guides - Agostina (BA), Lette (Bariloche), and Emmy (Tigre River cruise guide - not a Say Hueque employee) were amazing. All were super knowledgeable, kind, accommodating, warm, friendly - excellent ambassadors for Argentina. We spent the most time with Agostina who I found especially thoughtful, so she will always have a special place in my heart. Wasnt sure how I felt about the river cruise before we went, but it was terrific and Im glad we did it.”
