The "Salzburg To Vienna Cycle" tour is a bicycle trip that takes 8 days taking you through Salzburg, Melk, Wachau Valley, Traunsee and 8 other destinations in Austria and Germany. This is a self-guided private tour that includes accommodation in hotels, transport, meals and others.

Cycle from Salzburg in the picturesque Austrian Lakes District to Vienna via the Danube River valley. A unique cycle journey to experience the very best of Austria's sublime scenery, from the deep blue lakes of Salzkammergut, known as Austria's Lakes District, to the majestic Danube River, renowned for its vineyards, castles and historic towns. From Mozart's home town, Salzburg, the cycle route heads east to the banks of several lakes including Mondsee and Attersee. There is ample time to explore the valleys and small towns in the vicinity before continuing to the Danube and the town of Linz. Following the Danube bends past monasteries, and the UNESCO listed Wachau Valley, famous for its wines and classic scenery, the cycling ends in the magnificent city of Vienna.

Day 5 : To Grein and Strudengau via the Monastery of Florian (60km/37mi)

No additional cancellation fees apply for this Salzburg to Vienna Cycle tour. You can cancel the tour up to 72 days prior departure and avoid paying the full amount, but your deposit paid is non-refundable. No refund applies for cancellations within 71 days of departure.

Payment

For any tour departures within 29 June 2024, full payment is required. For tours that depart later than 29 June 2024, a deposit of 187 USD is required to confirm the tour, and the remaining balance will be charged 71 days before trip departure.
