Overall, it was an enjoyable trip. Hotels were good, included meals were largely satisfactory, and two of the tour guides - Emmanuel Vinci and Esperanza - provided excellent service in terms of providing relevant information and keeping the group entertained with their informative and humorous style of explanation. However,I felt that some stops could be excluded and time given at some stops Carcassone and Arles should be reduced. Europamundo tours are excellent value for money and the arrival transfer included us a big plus in favour of the tour company.

The tour was excellent Our tour guides in Morroco, Sevilla and Portugal met all of our expectations particularly Hamid from Marruecos along with our Conductor. The only recommendation I make is to reconsider Panorama hotel. It was poorly maintained, poor hygiene. Other than that the other properties, itineraries and food were great. My room mate and I made the decision to embark on this adventure, and we both agree that it was without a doubt the most memorable experience of our lives. Mohamed, our tour guide, was really kind and helpful during our time together, and he took very good care of us. The desert is a breathtaking and beautiful place to visit. The accommodations were wonderful, and they even had a pool. Along the route, there were a number of rest spots with restrooms and refreshment areas . We had a great time participating in the many outdoor activities that were available, particularly the horseback riding, hiking, and quad biking. I highly recommend them!

Overall the trip was pretty well organized. All tour guides we had were very knowledgeable and informative regarding cities and historic landmarks with enough details. Even though we were English speaking our trip included Spanish/ Asian speaking tourists as well. They did a pretty good job of accommodating everyone. I was under the impression our trip was with the same group from start to finish but was not the case and the group interchanged as we progressed along the route. Lots of logistics involved but it seemed to work alright.
