Join us on this 7-hour trip and get the chance to cross the Arctic Circle. We will pick you up from your hotel or accommodation in Rovaniemi and take you on an Arctic adventure. Climb to the top of Ounasvaara Mountain, the highest point in Rovaniemi, an easy, 15-minute hike on forest trails.

Your next destination is Arktikum (the Arctic Museum), which has a wonderful record of natural and political history of this region from the Ice Age and glacial periods to the present day. There are 3 large exhibits that showcase Arctic animals and the life of the indigenous people, the Sami, who first set foot in Lapland. You will also enjoy displays of the Northern Lights, Aurora Borealis, that the museum has.

Time to get your blood pumping on a fast-paced husky sled ride in a farm. These fun-loving dogs are very friendly and talkative. Also in the farm are reindeer, the most enduring symbol of the Arctic, ready to take you on a more relaxing ride. Reindeer sledges are the most popular form of travel for the Sami people.

Head for the Arctic Snowmobile Museum, a legacy of the only snowmobile factory in Europe that features a 3D video exhibition and children’s activities like hand-painted skis. Learn the history and increasing importance of the snowmobile in the Arctic region. Your final destination is the Santa Claus Village, where you will receive a certificate for crossing into the Arctic Circle. This fairy-tale village has plenty of shops, the official Santa Claus post office and, of course, the king of Christmas himself, Santa Claus!

We will drop you off at your hotel after the trip is over.
