“As a trio I beleive Rachel Jaime and Rich were a very good team as they all brought very different qualities to the job. I would say that Rachel was the most organised leader I had during the whole trip, Jamie's language came in very handy on this leg, and Rich was very enthusiastic and encouraged people to get involved”
