He quickly learned what we were interested in, and what we weren't. When we (both) came down with illness at different times, his professionalism was excellent, and he helped us in every way. We saw so many corners of the areas on the itinerary. Carlos also adapted the itinerary because of days that attractions were closed. He even went further our of his way than I would have expected.
