“The stops on this tour were wonderful - each region was quite different in it's scenery and what it offered. It's too hard to choose a highlight because each stop offered so much....the WOW moments just kept coming! Roma our guide was so well organized and so knowledgeable in the history of each area. Her love of Italy and it's history was so obvious, and she entertained us with historical stories of each area, delivered with her humour, which had us all entranced. We felt the tour was excellent value for money - the hotels were very good and well located, and we were surprised and impressed that the inclusion of tram and train tickets, which Roma pre-purchased for us, were included in the price for us to enjoy the day without worrying about where and what tickets to buy. The tour requires quite a bit of walking, early morning rises, and not much relax time, however the benefits are seeing a wonderful selection of Italian villages, cities and countryside, often arriving before too many tourists which is a definite bonus. The tour company know what works well, and this tour makes the most of every day without being overly exhausting. We enjoyed every single day!”

The week was mixed with fun activities for the children (and adults), such as cookery demonstrations, pizza making and ceramic painting,as well as sight seeing key places along the Amalfi coast. Eduardo our Leader was fabulous - a real character. He looked after us well and make sure we were all content. Highly recommended!”
