“It was an amazing trip, one of the best I've ever taken (right up there with my trek across Asia in 1990-91), and I'd have to say without question the best we've taken with the kids. I can't emphasize enough how much we appreciated Aldo and Oscar as guides, each great in his own way. Aldo is such a gentle spirit, an "old soul" in the true sense, and I especially loved what he taught us about Inca/Quechua spirituality and reverence for Pachamama. I think we all felt a bond with Aldo very quickly, and by the end he was part of the family. I felt no qualms trusting him with my children's safety on the trail, or anywhere else, which tells you everything you need to know.”

“You coordinated the land content, local transfers and flights to make it a smooth trip with minimal overlaps and provided good contact details for us to use if we were in difficulty. Our favourite hotel was Aranwa Scared Valley. The hotel was very well designed. The rooms were spacious, modern and had all the extras you would see in a good 5 star hotel. The grounds were well maintained and the landscaping was very interesting. Besides a theatre with evening shows and popcorn, there was an art gallery, well restored church, great pool area and many dining options. The staff were always helpful and worked well with our travel agent manage our bags left behind. The day trip to Machu Picchu, was the best!”

“All hotels were great. I do not really have favorite. My absolutely favorite guide was Fernando on Inca Trail. Extremely knowledgeable, great attitude, very helpful and showed personal interest in each traveler. The only thing is that perhaps we could have been given a choice of less expensive hotels. All the hotels were fantastic, but we do not really require that level of luxury Thank you so much for such a wonderful trip!”
