Bhutan three Jewels Cultural Tour is an exciting cultural tour, perfect for travellers who have a shorter timeframe. The tour covers Bhutan's three most popular tourist destinations: Thimpu, the capital city; Paro, one of the most fertile valleys in the Kingdom, producing the bulk of the locally famous red rice from its terraced fields; and Punakha.

The landscape is also incredible. Mount Chomolhari (7,314m) reigns in white glory at the northern end of the valley and its glacial water plunge through deep gorges to form Pa Chhu (Paro River). In just 5-days and 4-nights, you will have the chance to observe this natural beauty along with the lifestyles, culture, traditions, arts and history of the Bhutanese people.

“My family did a 17 days trip in Nepal with a 4.5 and 13 year old boys in tow. All of us enjoyed the trip immensely, considering that it s the first trek spanning a few days for the children.

The trip was specially customised for us, which included a 6 days trek to Poon Hill, a trip to Chitwan Safari and even a community service option to stay in Nuwakot- one of the villages affected by the earthquakes in 2015.

For city dwellers like us, we were afraid that our children would not be able to handle the rigours of the trek. With good advice and planning by Adventure Thirdpole, many things were made possible with the best possible service rendered.

My younger son is a fussy eater and even the porters are able to rise to the occasion and double up as cooks to customise meals to his needs where possible.

Hence i would highly recommend Adventure Thirdpole Treks to make your trip to Nepal the most enjoyable.”

“Raj and his driver Hari, escorted my husband and to the beautiful reclining Vishnu statue, then on to a serene hike through Shivapuri National Park, reaching the Nagi Ghompa Monastery at the pinnacle. The hike through Shivapuri was cool on a hit monsoon, and was a nice retreat from the hustle of Kathmandu. Our hike uphill was rewarded by the beautiful, haunting chants of the all women monastery of Nagi Ghompa, and stunning views of the valley below. This trip is not to be missed. It was a truly wonderful day!”
