“India really is different. It's unlike many other Asian destinations. You'll be welcomed by everyone with people constantly wanting to have their picture taken with you. This South Indian tour took in such a variety of sites and activities. It wasn't just about temples but they were fantastic too. Highlights included a rickshaw ride, safari, tea plantations and wonderful scenery. The hospitality, as far as hotels and food was concerned, was better than we expected on this 'Standard Tour'. The only disappointment was the problem India has with litter though even this seems to add to the character of the country.”
