Starting in Palermo and ending in Catania, the Sicily Food Adventure tour is a guided food trip that takes 8 days. You will travel through Marsala, Ragusa, Taormina and 4 other destinations in Italy. Sicily Food Adventure is a small group tour which includes accommodation, transport, meals and others.

  • Day 1: Start Palermo.
  • Day 2: Explore Palermo, its famous markets and indulge in the city's fabulous street food; afternoon optional visit to Monreale and its Duomo.
  • Day 3: Transfer to Trapani; hands on cookery class with a local chef; continue to Marsala and sample the town's world famous wines.
  • Day 4: Morning visit to olive farm for olive oil and produce tasting; transfer to Agrigento for a guided tour of the Valley of the Temples.
  • Day 5: To Piazza Armerina; guided tour of the famous Villa Romana del Casale followed by a delicious produce tasting; afternoon visit the charming town of Ragusa Ibla.
  • Day 6: Transfer to rural farm for cheese tasting; stop in the UNESCO Baroque town of Noto before reaching Catania.
  • Day 7: Visit the loud and lively fish market; travel to Etna for an excellent wine and produce tasting and short walk; return to Catania.
  • Day 8: End Catania.

CANCELLATION

No additional cancellation fees apply for this Sicily Food Adventure tour. You can cancel the tour up to 62 days prior departure and avoid paying the full amount, but your deposit paid is non-refundable. No refund applies for cancellations within 61 days of departure.

Payment

For any tour departures within 05 May 2021, full payment is required. For tours that depart later than 05 May 2021, a deposit of 10% is required to confirm this tour, and the remaining balance will be charged 61 days before trip departure.

Travel Insurance

Sicily Food Adventure tour requires that you have adequate and valid travel insurance covering medical and personal accidents, including repatriation costs and emergency evacuation. We recommend using World Nomads' travel insurance.
