Pros: All of the places visited on the tour were great. It was a well planned out itinerary. Our tour leader Matt and our driver Peter were excellent. This was a wonderful experience for my Mom's birthday. Cons: There's just not enough time in most places before we have to get back on the bus. Excursions and optional meals are only allowed to be paid in cash. I would prefer to pay for these up front via credit card.

We were fortunate to have the best tour leader ever, Matt, who ensured that we were ALWAYS informed organized kept safe and having lots of fun each and every day. I say thank you to the tour operator for providing tours that are very affordable very informative very interesting... tours that are all round amazing. I say kudos to Matt for being a Rockstar of a tour leader and for his ability to essentially manage the lives of 51 strangers for 10 days and making it looks easy. A special thank you also to our coach driver Peter for his expert driving skills and for getting us around Europe safely. And finally I say I definitely recommend their tours. I say to you 'go for it'.... because if you don't you will be missing out on an amazing experience!!

This was my first tour and it blew me away! Our tour guide Matt was nothing short of AMAZING! He was so knowledgeable, kind, helpful, experienced, fun, exciting and energetic. Our tour of European Highlights was jam packed. Our hotels were better than expected. A lot of experiences were included and we didn't take part in all the optional experiences, but we didn't feel we missed out because so much was included. Some of the meals we had were 5 star, some of the hotels were 5 star. This was a fantastic trip that I could afford but did not feel cheap in anyway.
