The team planned and organized a very logistically complex trip with lots of details and changes that happened during the planning (e.g., airlines changing flight times). All the sites, the hotels, the tour guides, and the transportation he chose and booked for us worked in a very professional manner and to our complete satisfaction, all at absolutely reasonable prices. Alvaro also joined the trip planning process to provide additional support and answers to any questions during the trip itself in real time. We had a great time and we wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone who would like to plan a trip to South America!

The trip was excellent and covered a huge amount of Argentina and Uruguay. Guides were all attentive and knowledgeable , several with limited English but tried their best, nevertheless. Hotel accommodations were adequate: three-star or less.

We had an excellent trip to Argentina and Chile, including Patagonia, and to Brazil and the Antartica. During the long trip, Alvaro was always responsive and helpful. Having a reliable agent matters in South America due to the changing flight connections, which Alvaro helped manage seamlessly. The tour guides chosen were excellent and the tours recommended were very enjoyable. Most importantly, it had been a joy dealing with Alvaro because he is effective and professional.
