We booked our trip with the tour operator to see the Iguazu waterfalls. The communication with staff was efficient, the transfers were in good vehicles and on time and we just loved both day tours to see the waterfalls from the Argentinean and Brazilian side, very impressive. Good guides and also excellent accommodation! All in one, we had an amazing trip!
The team planned and organized a very logistically complex trip with lots of details and changes that happened during the planning (e.g., airlines changing flight times). All the sites, the hotels, the tour guides, and the transportation he chose and booked for us worked in a very professional manner and to our complete satisfaction, all at absolutely reasonable prices. Alvaro also joined the trip planning process to provide additional support and answers to any questions during the trip itself in real time.
