3 countries by bike in 2 weeks - do it! This isn't just a cycling trip. There's so much more to this than you think... yeah, there's lots of cycling, but there are so many other activities too that it feels like an adventure holiday. The scenery changes dramatically over the various days, from arid land, to amazing beaches, rainforests, cloud forests, remote villages, downtime, uptime! I loved cycling through tropical rain. 3 countries in approx. 2 weeks is an awesome trip - our leader Roberto said that it's like having 3 moments in time. Nicaragua is the past. Costa Rica is the present and Panama is the future. You'll know exactly what he means as the days progress. A great saying for 3 great places. He also said Pura Vida which I will now adopt!
What a fabulous way to explore these countries This was our first trip with this tour company and I have to say we had a few reservations before we left . We have been on many of our own cycling holidays but never on an organised one . We were worried there might not be enough cycling or that we might have to wait ages for others or hold others up.However Roberto our leader was brilliant . We all cycled at our own pace but he kept us all together at regroup points and everyone was happy .What I loved about the holiday was the opportunity to do something we like -the cycling but also to do sightseeing and explore places I know we would not have seen if we were on our own .Everything was so well organised even down to our lunch being booked in advance and we pay at end of the week .I liked being in a group we had such a laugh it was like a two week party and those on their own were looked after well.I wish we had started looking at this tour company's holidays before , I will certainly go on another
2 weeks, 3 countries, 14 cyclists The Nicaragua/Costa Rica/Panama cycle trip is a great way to cover a lot of ground in a short time. The trip started in Nicaragua which is a beautifully, slow-paced country with lots of rolling hills. Next we cycled through Costa Rica, enjoying the wildlife, fantastic scenery and bigger hills. By the time we arrived in Panama, we were a strong team of seasoned cyclists, ready to attack the big, big hills, heat and humidity! The trip was very well organized with cycling distances and weather/elevation challenges increasing slowly every day.
