Great way to get a flavour of the three countries. The trip was well organised, great guide and support team - Andres, Paul, Ronald and Alvaro. Good bikes in Costa Rica and Panama, okay in Nicatagua. If I could change one thing, I'd have brought my own saddle. Some challenging hilly rides but also well organised technical/food stops. Excellent extra activities like a night volcano trip in Nicaragua, boat will life spotting trip in Costa Rica and Miraflores locks visit in Panama. Good internary, we've visited some cool and beautiful places, however two nights in La Fortuna was one night too many, and two nights in Panama City was one night too many. Otherwise a fantastic trip.

A challenging cycling route for someone with a minor cycling experience like myself. But I made it, thanks to the support and encouragement of this amazing team: Roberto, Paul, Alvaro, Jose, Ronaldo! Names and personalities we will never forget! Thank you for helping me add beautiful images and feelings, in my life's "memory box", but most of all, thank you for keeping us SAFE and happy! It was more than obvious that you were there for us to ENJOY our trip, see, feel and taste the beauty of the most amazing part of the world. Feeling fit and healthy, looking forward to our next adventure!

Tony is an excellent tour leader- informative, very helpful and calm. Bearing in mind both Tony and Lou plus a number of passengers were extremely ill during this leg, I never had any concerns that I had missed an opportunity or wouldn't get somewhere that we were supposed to go. They both did a fantastic job and I would not hesitate to go on a trip with them again either as leader or driver.
