The "Cycling Through Rajasthan" trip starts and ends in New Delhi. It is a bicycle trip that takes 15 days taking you through Jaipur, Jodhpur, Sariska National Park. and 7 other destinations in India. "Cycling Through Rajasthan" is a guided small group trip that includes accommodation, transport, meals and others.

Discover Rajasthan, where rolling hills meet barren deserts and dramatic fortresses stand testament to a long, rich heritage. For this trip, we explore the largest state in India by bike, allowing us to truly immerse ourselves in the traditional way of life here. Along the way, we visit landmarks that rival any on the planet, including the captivating Mehrangarh Fort at Jodhpur, the lakeside palace of Udaipur, the holy town of Pushkar and the superb pink city of Jaipur. We finish the trip at the magnificent Taj Mahal, one of the New Wonders of the World.

Please note, departures on 5 November 2024 and 26 October 2025 (land only) will be special departures including Pushkar Festival – there is an alternative itinerary on days 7 & 8 and 10 & 11 for these departures.

Day 2: Morning cycle tour of New Delhi; afternoon sightseeing tour of Old Delhi; overnight train to Jodhpur
Day 3: Arrive Jodhpur; free morning then afternoon city cycle tour including Mehrangarh Fort
Day 4: Ride/drive to Udaipur via Jain temple at Ranakpur; cycle towards lakeside town of Udaipur
Day 5: Cycle tour around Udaipur including City Palace
Day 6: Ride on backroads to the fort of Kumbhalgarh
Day 7: Ride/drive to Pushkar
Day 8: Ride/drive to Jaipur, capital of Rajasthan via rural villages and Rupnagar
Day 9: Optional early morning city heritage ride, Jaipur sightseeing
Day 10: Ride/drive to Sariska National Park via Pratap Garh
Day 11: Game drive; optional afternoon ride
Day 12: Ride/drive to Bharatpur National Park, renowned for its bird sanctuary, later visited by bike
Day 13: Cycle to Fatehpur Sikri, transfer to Agra; visit Taj Mahal at sunset
Day 14: Visit Agra Fort; transfer to Delhi

CANCELLATION

No additional cancellation fees apply for this Cycling Through Rajasthan tour. You can cancel the tour up to 93 days prior departure and avoid paying the full amount, but your deposit paid is non-refundable. No refund applies for cancellations within 92 days of departure.

Payment

For any tour departures within 17 July 2024, full payment is required. For tours that depart later than 17 July 2024, a deposit of 25% is required to confirm this tour, and the remaining balance will be charged 92 days before trip departure.
