Our tour guide, Buddhika, provided a tour that featured amazing adventure (hikes/safaris/waterfalls, train rides) and world-class comfort (Ayurvedic massages, AC buses, deluxe hotels & empty beaches). I came to Sri Lanka with little-to-no knowledge of the country, but left with a deep appreciation for the culture and people. Wherever we went, we were met by the sweetest people (and delicious welcome drinks, yum!). Many times I felt I'd been dropped into an Indiana Jones movie or Disney Park ride, only to pinch myself and realize that this was the real deal!
