This eight-day, guided safari trip is for all the wildlife lovers out there. Join us as we discover the rich natural beauty of and see a variety of wildlife in some of Tanzania's most famous national parks. Your African adventure starts with a pickup from Moshi. Drive to Lake Manyara National Park, spread out over a magical landscape with a massive soda lake covering two-thirds of the park area.

Next on the itinerary is Serengeti National Park, known throughout the world for its huge concentration of wildlife, especially big cats, as well as the great wildebeest migration, which sees more than one and a half million wildebeests, 200,000 zebras and 350,000 gazelles traveling the length of over 1,200 miles every year in search of water and grazing grounds.

The Ngorongoro Crater, the world's largest intact caldera, is on the itinerary after Serengeti. The crater forms a spectacular bowl of about 265 square kilometres with sides rising 600m high and is home to between 20,000 to 30,000 wild animals at any given time.

The last national park on your itinerary is Tarangire National Park, one of the more seasonal wildlife reserves in Tanzania and a haven for bird lovers. The park also offers stunning scenery with its baobab-dotted landscape and sees a huge concentration of elephants during the dry season.

Carolyn's review for another Kilisa Tours & Safaris tour
“The most memorable and exciting part of the holiday was of course the ascent of Kilimanjaro on summit day. It was exhilarating arriving at the peak after all the lead up to it and the views were fantastic.

The team had an excellent sense of humor, were honest and kind, and took great pride in their roles-we had a brilliant atmosphere in the camps because of this. Delicious meals were cooked up for us 3 times a day and a snack at tea time which surely helped us to the top. Tent were both laid out every night, including a separate mess tent for meals. All of good quality

We have no problem in recommend Kilisa Tours were exceptional and gave us the most unforgettable experience”

Bret's review for another Kilisa Tours & Safaris tour
“We had an amazing safari and Kilimanjaro summit all thanks to Kilisa! Their service was top notch and value was fantastic. The service provided by our guides and supporting staff were top notch! We started with a 6 day safari that was absolutely epic. Our Safari Guide, Chris, was incredible! You should definitely request him. He was super nice and very accommodating. He found us every animal we could ever have wanted to see! Despite some challenging off-road driving conditions, he never got stuck and always got us to see the best animals around. We saw lions and elephants that were so close, we would nearly reach out and touch them from the landcruiser. He found us two leopards, two cheetahs, tons of lions, two rhinos and more zebras, giraffes, cape buffalos, and wildabeasts than we could count, just to name a few. My favorite was seeing a male lion out in a rain storm who was seperated from his pride. He was calling out to them and you could see the worry in his eye as he walked right by our landcruiser in search of them.We then did a Kilimanjaro hike to the summit via the Lemosho 7 day route. Our guides, Rama and Bakari, were fantastic and the chef, Kurwa, amazed us with the food he was able to make on the mountain. Our waiter, Arold was gracious and attentive in delivering all the food to our dining tent. I highly recommend requesting them. The team of porters (Salim, Frenk, Mohamed, Josephat, Mwingi, Sigi, David, Siriri, Msafiri, Idd, Abdina and Moyo) amazed us with their kindness, helpfulness and always positive attitudes. They were always smiling even when carrying a heavy load at high altitudes in chilling conditions. Their attitudes were truly inspiring.Naick is the owner and the lead coordinator. He was very helpful over the course of more than a month of coordination via email to set up and schedule the trip. He was always responsive and able to answer all of our questions and take care of all of our needs. It was challenging to execute this trip during COVID because of our flights getting cancelled but Naick helped us adjust as necessary. Going during COVID turned out to be a huge bonus because the national parks are all virtually empty so you get the animals and Kilimanjaro virtually to yourself.”

“It was my first time to climb Mountain and I am so excited to reach to the top roof of Africa that was a great and fantastic feeling to be there; I used 7 Days Kilimanjaro Trekking via Machame route as a solo hiker. Though Machame route ( whisky route ) seems to be a challenging one but worth it for a successful and great victory rate.”
