This tour takes you explore the Majestic Silver Cord Mountain Range and Potrerillos Dam and Uspallata, a pre Hispanic settlement of Indians Huarpes, before getting to Cerro Aconcagua scenic viewpoint, from which you access the lagoon Horcones and Provincial Aconcagua Park, with a height of 6959 meters. The tour starts early in the morning, so you can enjoy great views of the Cordon del Plata mountain range and the Potrerillos Dam along the Mendoza River. Continue to Uspallata, a pre-Hispanic settlement of Huarpes aborigines and the southern last point of the Inca Empire. Then, we will go visit the villages of Picheuta, polvareda, Punta de Vacas and Los Penitentes ski resort, where you have some free time to use the chair lift and get amazing panoramic views of the area. Later, drive along the route to the Puente del Inca and continue our direction - 2750 meters above sea level - to the viewpoint of Cerro Aconcagua, the colossus of Americas with its 6959 meters high. From there go Horcones Lagoon and the Aconcagua Provincial Park. Following the international route to reach our ultimate destination, the village of Las Cuevas (of European-style, located 3200 meters above sea level). Between Las Cuevas and the international tunnel, there is a path that allows us up to the “Cristo Redentor” monument, located 4200 meters above sea level, which symbolizes the union between Argentinean and Chileans
