“Went on 3 day Melbourne to Adelaide tour. Brilliant tour. Lovely food and snacks...great variety-catered well for vegans. Guide (Stuart) was very knowledgeable, fun, and chilled-very open minded to questions and suggestions along the way, with brilliant attention to detail.. highlights included swimming in Mckenzie Falls, sunset on 12 apostles, and the rainforest walk. Also went solo but met a lovely lovely mix of people from mainland Europe and NZ. Very happy I took this trip-would highly recommend this!”

She was very friendly, patient, knowledgeable and extremely helpful in explaining everything I wanted to know along with being courteous and extremely professional. She went beyond what one has come to expect from a customer service representative in this day and age, and I have to say I have booked two flights with Picture This based fully around Jess's friendly and professional manner. “The whole hot air balloon experience was great because the weather, the crew and the fantastic service were perfect. Our pilot (Andy) was very friendly and an amazing leader to show us the most attractive places in Melbourne from the sky. We took great pictures of the Rod Laver Arena, MCG stadium, F1 track, and the beautiful city of Melbourne. The experience didn't stop there as we're taken to have a delicious buffet breakfast with a wonderful view at the Sofitel Hotel. We highly recommend "Picture This Ballooning" for this experience because they arranged our early pickup, took care of us during the trip and finally dropped us off at our next destination.”
