We start our trip to Granada with the visit to the Alhambra, the Nasrid Palaces, the Charles V Palace and the Generalife Gardens.
Once we have finished our visit to the Alhambra, we will be guided to the Granada Sightseeing Train. This environmentally friendly train is the only hybrid train in Europe. It has been exclusively made for the city and it will carry us to the most famous places in town.
We will start this full tour in a fresh new way with different options because of its detailed itinerary all over the city. Our trains will be at your disposal every few minutes at our several stops for you to enjoy your guided visit to the Granada Highlights.
Our starting point is El Bosque de la Alhambra (Alhambra Forest) and we will continue with the majestic Puerta de la Justicia (Gate of Justice) and Plaza Nueva (New Square) through the Arco de la Granadas (Gate of the Pomegranates). We will continue all along the Carrera del Darro and the Paseo de los Tristes towards the Mirador de San Nicolas (San Nicolas Viewpoint) to contemplate a different perspective of the Alhambra. We will walk along the Albaicin, which is the most emblematic quarter in Granada and declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO, up to the San Miguel Bajo Quarter. Later on we will stop for a while at the Plaza de la Romanilla (Romanilla Square), and then we will stroll around the Cathedral and the Royal Chapel, burial place of the Catholic Monarchs. We will also visit La Alcaiceria and El Corral del Carbon where you will have free time to enjoy the typical Granada cuisine in any of the many typical bars and restaurants which offer a great variety of tapas and appetizers.
In our way back to the Alhambra on the Sightseeing Train, we will go through the shopping district : Calle Alhondiga, Calle Recogida, Puerta Real, Plaza Mariana Pineda and Calle Molinos. We will finish our Tour again at the Alhambra. Return trip to Malaga.
