No additional cancellation fees apply for this Madrid Cultural Experience, City Break tour. You can cancel the tour up to 9 days prior departure and avoid paying the full amount, but your deposit paid is non-refundable. No refund applies for cancellations within 8 days of departure.

Payment

For any tour departures within 27 April 2024, full payment is required. For tours that depart later than 27 April 2024, a deposit is required to confirm this tour, and the remaining balance will be charged 8 days before trip departure.

Travel Insurance

Day 1: On arrival at the airport, head to the Arrivals hall where you will find a driver holding a sign with your name on it Day 3: You will be informed of the pick-up time for the departure transfer on site Hop on / off: There are 2 available routes. Route nº 1 (Blue): El Prado Museum, Puerta de Alcalá, Salamanca neighbourhood, Plaza de Colón, Plaza de Cibeles, Gran Vía, Plaza de España, Temple of Debod, Teatro Real, Palacio Real, Puerta de Toledo, San Francisco El Grande, Almudena Cathedral, Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol, Círculo Bellas Artes, Thyssen Museum, Reina Sofía Museum, Botanical Garden and El Prado Museum. Route nº 2 (Green): Plaza Neptuno, Plaza de Cibeles, Plaza de Colón, Sculpture Museum, Natural Science Museum, Nuevos Ministerios, Santiago Bernabéu, C.S.I. Científicas, Lázaro Galdiano Museum, Serrano, Archaeological Museum, Puerta de Alcalá, Alcalá, Puerta del Sol, Plaza de las Cortes and Plaza de Neptuno. The operational frequency, depending on the season of the year, ranges approximately from 7 to 15 minutes. Route 1 takes about 80 min and Route 2, about 65 minutes. Departure time: 9:00-22:00 (March to October) & 10:00-18:00 (November to February). Flamenco show - Teatro Flamenco Madrid: address: Calle del Pez 10, 28004 Madrid. Available shows at 18.00 or 20.00 pm. Duration: 1 hour. We recommend arriving 20 minutes before. Please note that local conditions prevalent at the time of travel may result in modifications to tour contents without prior notice.
