London’s award winning bicycle tour company invites you to take a morning cycle ride in Central London. Our experienced tour guides have expert knowledge of the city. They will safely guide you around the city on cycle paths, parks and quieter streets, telling you the history of the city and its sights as the tour unfolds.
Meet your tour guide at our cycle hire centre at Gabriel’s Wharf located on the South side of the river near Waterloo station. The tour takes you along the River Thames, past Southbank and riverside awe inspiring engineering of the London Eye, one of the largest observation wheels in the world. Marvel at Big Ben and The Houses of Parliament from a prime photo location from across the water before crossing over to enter the courtyard of Westminster School. Here you get a great view of Westminster Abbey without the crowds before heading over to St. James’ Park. A stop at Buckingham Palace to see if the Queen is at home and (on scheduled days) you will witness the pomp and pageantry of the Changing of the Guard. Cruise along the magnificent Mall to reach Trafalgar Square and hear the story of Lord Nelson while he looks down from his column. Next stop Covent Garden, where you can take a break and watch some of the famous street theatre on offer in the market piazza. Back on the bikes we ride through London’s legal district and over to the colourful Leather Lane Market and Smithfield Market, London’s recently redeveloped meat market with a gruesome history! Time for the grand finale - Sir Christopher Wren’s St Paul’s Cathedral - before crossing back over the river with a newfound knowledge of London.
