Join other like-minded explorers as we uncover the best of Britain and Ireland on a trip that will put the “cool” in Cool Britannia. Travel from ancient ruins to modern metropolises while exploring ancient castles and fortresses, traditional pubs and restaurants, timeless market towns and prestigious universities. Exploring over 2,000 years of history and a variety of distinct cultures (all squeezed into five fantastic, yet distinct, neighbouring nations), we’ve got your next unforgettable trip all wrapped up.
Day 1 London to York, England

Let's begin with dreaming spires and the earliest recorded graffiti (Google it) in Oxford. Then Stratford-upon-Avon, a town which by any other name wouldn't sound as sweet. Finally York, where we wrap up a big day with a ghost tour around this walled medieval town.

Included today:
-York Ghost Tour

Day 2 York to Edinburgh, Scotland

Spread your wings and take a selfie under the Angel of the North before we hit Hadrian's Wall. Then get your daily dose of Gothic architecture at Alnwick Castle and hit up Edinburgh tonight for a local pub feast (think: haggis, real ale and endless malts). End your day by getting (or losing) your bearings on an optional pub crawl. When in Rome! Or Edinburgh, for that matter.

Included today:
-Housesteads/Hadrian's Wall visit
-Angel of the North visit

Optional activities:
-Alnwick Castle visit
-Edinburgh Nightlife Tour

Day 3 Edinburgh

Wake up to tick off the greats on a morning walking tour of the Scottish capital. Cue medieval vibes at the Castle, Princes Street and the Royal Mile. Then kick your heels up, Scottish style, for an optional highland fling.

Included today:
-Walking tour of Edinburgh

Optional activities:
-Spirit of Scotland show

Day 4 Edinburgh

Spend the day chasing the Loch Ness monster on an optional trip to the notorious lake. Or stick around to explore. Hit up Port of Leith for a funky, contemporary Edinburgh and chase it all down with the Grassmarket for a serve of Scottish kitsch-but-cool.

Optional activities:
-Loch Ness day trip

Day 5 Edinburgh to Glasgow

Get oriented in Scotland's Brooklyn on a walking tour before exploring Glasgow on your own. Merchant City's got that sophisticated cool, while Ashton Lane is ruggedly cool in that student budget kind of way. Fill up on something hearty before the afternoon's distillery tour. Wouldn't want an empty stomach keeping you from tasting the Scottish water of life (read: whisky). Tonight, hunt down the best battered Mars bar for a taste of a true local delicacy.

Included today:
-Walking tour of Glasgow

Optional activity:
-Whisky distillery tour

Day 6 Glasgow to Belfast, Northern Ireland

Ferry over to the land of four leafed clovers and mythical pots of gold. A walking tour through the Cathedral Quarter will show you the street art, murals and cool venues the locals don't want you to know about. Then hit up the Titanic Museum or hop on an optional Black Cab tour for local tales and insider tips. Tonight: gobble down some local grub with the group before knocking back some pints. You'll fit right in.

Included today:
-Ferry from Scotland to Belfast

Optional activities:
-Black cab tour

Day 7 Belfast to Galway, Republic of Ireland

Get some perspective with a game of Giant's hopscotch at Causeway before we roll into Derry for some more medieval vibes. Tonight: bohemian Galway for some much deserved free time and a meal of your choosing.

Included today:
-Giant's Causeway visit
-Derry visit

Day 8 Galway

Sail out on an optional trip to the Aran Islands or stick around town to roam free. Check out Wolfe Tones Bridge and the Spanish Arch. Make sure you visit the main street, too, where local shops and cool cafes come alive.

Optional activities:
-Aran Islands visit

Day 9 Galway to Killarney

This morning is all #nofilter. First through the Burren National Park, then past the Spielberg-worthy backdrop at the Cliffs of Moher. Later, gear up for a #throwback tour of Killarney by means of a jaunting horse and cart. Tonight is all you, so get lost or drink up.

Included today:
-Burren visit
-Cliffs of Moher visit

Optional activities:
-Jaunting Horse & Carriage

Day 10 Killarney to Dublin

First up, Blarney Castle and a chance to get the gift of the gab by kissing a slab of limestone. Next: Cashel for cute shops and the holiest site in Ireland. Get ready for the main event this afternoon as we roll into Dublin for a night of living like a local.

Included today:
-Blarney Castle visit
-Cashel visit

Optional activities:
-Irish night in Dublin

Day 11 Dublin

Get your bearings for this afternoon's free time on a walking tour. Then take in the view of the city from Guinness' Skybar after touring the epic dark brew distillery. Just don't say you can't taste the difference. Keep the buzz going - the rest of the day is yours for the taking.

Included today:
-Walking tour of Dublin
-Guinness brewery tour

Day 12 Dublin to North Wales, Wales

Brave the waters as we ferry over to Wales this morning. Make a pit stop for a selfie at the place with the longest name in Europe: Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwllllantysiliogogogoch. Work on your pronunciation for a bit then explore the myth-steeped countryside. The afternoon is all yours. Taste note: hunt down a Welsh rarebit for dinner.

Included today:
-Photo op at Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwllllantysiliogogogoch

Day 13 North Wales to Cardiff

Off to find out why English students flock to study in Cardiff. Psst… it's got something to do with the many bands that pass through here. Tonight: get teary at a local restaurant at our farewell dinner. #sadface

Day 14 Cardiff to London, England

The last hurrah. On to Bath to pretend we're Kate Middleton (or William) and Stonehenge to assess your aura. London town awaits.

Included today:
-Entrance into Stonehenge
-Visit Bath
