“We had a phenomenal experience with this tour company climbing the Mahcame Route (7 days). The guides were highly professional; every day they conducted a medical check to make sure we were all feeling alright, and helped ensure that we were taking care of ourselves properly. They fed us well, and provided all sorts of interesting facts and motivation to help get all of us up the mountain. In our group of 10, all of us made it to the summit! Our guides were also all Tanzanian/locals, which was great. Some other companies use Americans to lead their trips, which seemed unnecessary. The locals knew the mountain better, were fantastic ambassadors for their country, and in general just fun.”

“My husband and I decided to climb Kilimanjaro as part of our honeymoon trip to Tanzania. Our tour operator was absolutely brilliant from the word go! Our team, and especially our guides, Rashid and Osmani, went above and beyond to help us reach the summit. They were so friendly, professional and every detail was taken care of - including providing hot water bottles for our sleeping bags in the cold nights. Our guides were only too happy to show us extra insight about the mountain, as well as teaching us some Swahili! We couldn't have made it to the summit without their help and support. All 7 members of the team (porters,chef, waiter, guides) were keen to meet us and even performed a song for us, which was really moving. Although we spent less time with the porters and chef team, when we did see them they were always smiling and keen to talk to us, and did all their tasks with enthusiasm. The level of customer service we experienced was outstanding and we cant think of anything that could have been improved. We will have amazing memories of this trip, thank you so much!! “I signed up solo for Kili hike with this tour operator. I had the best experience ever. They take care of you and support you based on your ability. You are observed carefully from Day 1, your health and ability are tracked and you are matched with the guides to be able to successfully make it to the summit. It has been nothing short of a breathtaking experience and I personally learnt a lot from how they organize themselves and how they take care of every small thing. Our chief guide was Baraka and he is simply amazing! Very professional, friendly and highly experienced. All other guides were amazing too, Eric, Exaude, Julius, Rama and others.Food was amazing! Justin and Azzez did a great job as our cooks and they are simply great people who take into account all your dietary needs. Could not have finished the hike without the support of porters and campmasters. A suggestion would be to pay for a portable toilet to share and that helps a lot during the hike.There was not a single time that I felt low or as if support was lacking. All the guides are warm and friendly and they can understand a person very well. My guide carried a small bottle of coca-cola for me during summit day and gave it to me at the stella point for sugar needed. They are as thoughtful as this. They are very keen on everyone being successful and happy.”
