“Our experience was wonderful. My wife and I hiked the Mount Kilimanjaro this February. They sent pre-hike information to help condition us for the hike and tell us the equipment we needed. We met the owner Brian and our guide Faza the day before we started. They checked our equipment and explained how the next 9days Northern circuit route would roll out climbing. Faza was a terrific guide having hiked the Mount Kilimanjaro over 100times. He made our experience fun and informative with his knowledge of the Kilimanjaro, pointing out names of rock formations and plants native to the area. He also told us some history of the Kilimanjaro! I highly, highly recommend them for any trip to Kilimanjaro or for that matter any hike on their website you would like to take.”

“The local tour operator suggested this route to us as it is 9 days which minimizes your risk of altitude sickness due to more acclimatization time. At many points we felt as though we were the only people on the mountain due to the route being a less commonly used one. The service was faultless from beginning to end, our guides Linus and Brian were extremely knowledgeable and motivational, keeping our spirits high at some of the trickier points of the track. The food cooked for us by Asha, the chef, was always delicious and she always ensured we were happy with what was on the menu so we were getting enough food to keep us going.”

The guides, cooks, and porters for both the safari and the trek were knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Noel, the coordinator, was very responsive and attentive to all our needs. Everyone in our 5 person group was able to summit Kilimanjaro without any problems, and none of us got altitude sickness. The accommodations at Kilimanjaro Wonders Hotel, our place of stay, were also excellent.
