Travel in Rwanda is in short-wheelbase 4x4 vehicles seating 6 passengers and the driver. This includes a passenger next to the driver and a passenger in the middle rear seat. Should travellers prefer to have more space, we suggest you consider the option of two vehicles when there are 6 travellers in a booking, at an additional cost (Additional 4x4 vehicle for 6 pax optional extra) Gorilla and Chimpanzee permits once purchased cannot be cancelled, transferred or amended as the number of permits sold are restricted and have a very high demand for them All Passengers must do the same activity, even with the optional extras Children under 15 years of age are not allowed to do the gorilla tracking Day 10: recommended departure time is after midday We reserve the right to change itineraries and activities due to weather conditions, technical problems or security reasons Early check-in, late check-out, connecting or adjoining rooms in the hotel are subject to availability and not guaranteed In many hotels in Rwanda, the triple rooms are a double room with an additional rollaway bed No refund for unused services. Splitting of the package is not allowed ÂThis trip incorporates the following COVID-19 measures:
