CANCELLATION

No additional cancellation fees apply for this Epic Nepal to India tour. You can cancel the tour up to 28 days prior departure and avoid paying the full amount, but your deposit paid is non-refundable. No refund applies for cancellations within 27 days of departure.

Payment

For any tour departures within 15 November 2021, full payment is required. For tours that depart later than 15 November 2021, a deposit is required to confirm this tour, and the remaining balance will be charged 27 days before trip departure.

Travel Insurance

Epic Nepal to India tour requires that you have adequate and valid travel insurance covering medical and personal accidents, including repatriation costs and emergency evacuation. We recommend using World Nomads' travel insurance.

Visa

For this Epic Nepal to India tour getting the required visa(s) is the responsibility for each individual traveller, as visa requirements vary depending on your nationality.   • You must have a pre purchased Indian visa in your passport for this trip. Indian visa is required prior to travel and cannot be purchased at border on Day 12 of the trip.
  • Indian e-Visas are not valid for this border crossing.
  • The Nepal section of this trip has a trekking component of up to 5 hours a day at a max of 2200 metres/7200 feet.
  • This trip has an included rafting activity on Days 3 and 4.
  • There are several long travelling days, including Kathmandu to Pokhara (7 hours), Lumbini to Varanasi (10 hours), Varanasi to Agra (12 hours).
