On day 1, please make sure your flight lands at O.R. International Airport before 6:00 am, in order to catch the shuttle transfer to Hazyview on time. If already in Johannesburg, the pickup is done at your hotel advised during the booking process.  On day 5, the estimated time of arrival at the O.R. International Airport is at 5:00 pm. Please book your onward domestic flight after 7:00 pm or international flight after 8:00 pm. Please note the breakfast (included) and lunch (not included) on Days 2 and 3 are packed meals.  Late check-out, early check-in, connecting or adjoining rooms at the hotel are all subject to availability and not guaranteed. Parents travelling with children could now be requested to provide an unabridged birth certificate (including the details of the child's father as well as the mother) of all travelling children. This applies even when both parents are travelling with their children. When children are travelling with guardians, these adults are required to produce affidavits from parents proving permission for the children to travel. The above applies to foreigners and South Africans travelling to or from South Africa as well as travellers in transit. Electricity and plug standards are 220/240 volts at 50 cycles per second. A three-point round-pin adapter plug should be brought for your electrical appliances - such adapters are also available at major airports.
