"Our director was excellent and was able to handle tricky situations with care. He was extremely knowledgeable and kept the group informed of all aspects of the trip. I especially liked that he was able to motivate the group to be punctual and let us arrive at very popular sites as they opened and before the crowds. The trip was well organized and well run."
