A colorful exploration and discovery
5 - Excellent
  • Kraig Anderson
“China is a multi-ethnic country, especially in the southwest of China, where there are many ethnic minorities. This exploration tour of China's ethnic minorities has made me more aware of their culture and customs. They have their own language, their own traditional clothing, their own eating habits and special marriage customs, and so on. It is really colorful! I like this kind of real travel and recommend it to you.”
Real China Highlights, a perfect trip!

“A perfect trip. I was interested in the traditional culture of China before I went to China. I personally experienced and felt the cultural connotation of China for 5000 years through this trip. It is a great civilized land. The schedule is very scientific and reasonable, combining Chinese historical and cultural relics and the most beautiful natural scenery, just like its name "Real China Highlights" I highly recommend this trip.”

“A perfect combination, from Beijing, the capital of China, to the most beautiful city of Yangshuo, including the historic city of Xi'an, the hometown of China's national treasure, Chengdu, the modern Chinese high-speed railway, and green cycling. The beauty of China, with a strong sense of experience, makes me feel amazed.”

Travel Tips

  • For the true Hong Kong experience, take a day or two to leave the urban jungle behind. Hong Kong has plenty of countryside, full of beautiful national parks, beaches and hiking trails that any nature lover will enjoy.
  • Getting around Hong Kong is incredibly easy, with 9 in 10 commuters using public transportation. Grab yourself a paper map (or load yourself a digital one) and take advantage of the efficient train, subway, bus and tram links.
  • Hong Kong was a British colony up until 1997, so many people speak English. Otherwise, Hong Kongers speak Cantonese, a specific and distinct language from Mandarin.
  • While Hong Kong is incredibly humid, this also means most shops, restaurants and hotels use air conditioning - and lots of it. Always bring something to cover up in to fight the chill when moving inside.
  • Hong Kong is a foodie’s paradise, with one restaurant for every 300 people. While you should absolutely try some local dishes, like fish balls and dim sum, you’ll find just about every kind of cuisine imaginable.
