Having a long history of cultural interchange and stretching over several climate zones, Vietnam posses a rich cuisines with tastes and dishes varying a great deal from North to South Vietnam. Southern people prefer more sour, spicy, and hot foods based on their available ingredients. At this half-day cooking course you will be learning how to cook Vietnamese food in Ho Chi Minh City.
You will be picked at the hotel by a car or taxi arranged by the cooking class. Together with our cooking-instructor or an assistant, we will go to the nearest market and buy some fresh food ingredients. We will then go back to the restaurant to prepare the Vietnamese dishes.
After prepping the delicious local dishes, we will enjoy a lunch including some of dishes we just made. At the end, we will drive you back to your hotel in the afternoon.
This is a joyful little tour teaching you a lot about Vietnamese cuisines.
